Network continuity
If an agent stops practicing or becomes ineligible, the organization beneath them is not lost. After the applicable grace period, their agents move to the nearest eligible sponsor above them.

The seller will not owe the 0.5% platform fee on a later off-platform sale. The seller may choose either $1,000 when the HomeOffer.pro campaign ends without a sale or $2,000 only when the property later closes escrow. The selected option is confirmed in the signed listing documents.
