COMPLIANCE STATEMENT

Permitted Uses:

  1. Identification of the message sender to recipients
  2. Twilio's internal business records
  3. Twilio's compliance documentation

Prohibited Uses:

  • Marketing purposes without written consent
  • Third-party promotions
  • Misleading caller identification
  • Any purpose outside of legitimate SMS/voice service delivery
